This is weekend is all about fall festivals and spending time outdoors to make the most out of this beautiful season. From the 3rd Annual Artoberfest at the Bethany Arts Community to the Armonk Art Festival, and the Pound Ridge Harvest Festival, there is so much to see and do with your kids. 3rd Annual Artoberfest 2022

Celebrate the arts this weekend at Artoberfest at the Bethany Arts Community. The family-friendly event includes a pumpkin carving and demo, live music, kids’ activities, and art demos from a variety of styles and mediums. Plus, enjoy food and ice cream from Bigfoot Creamery. Rye Children’s Book Festival

Jay Day 2022

Attend this fun fall festival at the Jay Historic Center. Families will enjoy amazing balloon twisters, hay rides, a petting zoo, John Jay stilt walker and juggler, cornhole and ring toss, guided tours, scavenger hunts, and geocaching. Larchmont Arts Festival 2022

Pound Ridge Harvest Festival

Rock out in Pound Ridge at the annual Pound Ridge Harvest Festival. This year’s event is headlined by Grammy-award winning artist, Blues Traveler! The festival will be opened by local artists Badger Scratch and Platinum Moon who won this year’s Battle of the Bands. The festival also includes a Root Beer Garden, rides, inflatables, crafts, games, and prizes. Local restaurants, specialty food purveyors and craft beer garden add to the “Oktoberfest feel” of the event. This year Harvest Festival is excited to welcome Craft New York, and Sony Hall as its Presenting Partners! Tickets are $35 per person. Fall Festival

Celebrate the beauty of fall in Peekskill at their annual fall festival. Enjoy food, beer and cider trucks as well as craft and art vendors. RiverArts and The Music Hall Present Ballet Hispánico

Enjoy an evening of  spectacular and beautiful Latinx dance from Ballet Hispánico at the Tarrytown Music Hall. Tickets range from $25 to $100 per person. Bicycle Sundays

The popular Bicycle Sundays (and the longest running) recreational program is back in Westchester County! The program started in 1974 that quickly became a beloved County-wide activity that allows Westchester residents and visitors to enjoy outdoor exercise while having access to the Bronx River Parkway — without any cars.

In addition to bicyclists, the program welcomes in-line skaters, scooters, walkers, and joggers along its 13.1 miles (round-trip) trail. This covers Exit 22 at the Westchester County Center to Exit 4 at Scarsdale Road in Yonkers. Admission is free and free parking is available in the East Lot at the Westchester County Center.

Music on the Lawn

Heritage Applefest

Celebrate Hudson Valley harvests at Boscobel Houswe and Gardens with cider pressing, apple preserving, and sweet cider sampling.
