Where to See Fourth of July Fireworks!


• Cross County Fireworks. Summer Fest 15 is a summer-long festival of free family activities, and features an Independence Day Celebration for the whole family. There’s a live performance, strolling entertainers, face painting and a fireworks display that can be seen from anywhere in the mall. 6-9:30pm July 2. • Hudson River Fireworks. Enjoy front row viewing of Fourth of July fireworks along the Hudson River. There is reserved parking and picnic areas available – plus visitors can check out the exhibits in the Children’s Museum before the big show. 7-9pm July 4. For all ages.  $40 per car. • Kensico Dam Music Fest and Fireworks. Celebrate the summer holiday with patriotic music, family-friendly entertainment and spectacular fireworks. Car pooling strongly recommended. 6-9:45pm July 3. FREE admission and parking. Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla. 328-1542. westchestergov.com.



• Mamaroneck Fireworks Display. It’s an Independence Day tradition; bring a chair or a blanket and come see the fireworks display. The show starts at dark, July 4. FREE. Harbor Island Park, Boston Post Rd. and Mamaroneck Ave., Mamaroneck. village.mamaroneck.ny.us.



• Pops, Patriots and Fireworks. It’s a patriotic evening of music, picnics on the lawn and fireworks this Independence Day. A performance by Westchester’s Symphonic Winds, a 60-piece wind and percussion ensemble, is followed by fireworks for an explosive evening of Fourth of July fun. 8-10pm July 4. For all ages. $30-$85 adults; kids half price. Reservations required. Rain date for fireworks: 9:30pm July 5. • Playland Fireworks. In honor of Independence Day, Playland is putting on a show with fireworks choreographed to patriotic music. The fun takes place on the pier. 9:30pm July 4. Free admission, parking fees apply. Playland Park, Rye. 864-7282. parks.westchestergov.com.
