Treehouse: A New Sustainable and Gender-Neutral Kidswear Brand

Sustainable kidswear brand Treehouse recently announced the launch of their first spring/summer capsule collection, featuring its three core pillars: ethical production, sustainable craft, and timeless style.

The line includes 17 gender-neutral pieces that can be mixed and matched to create countless outfit combinations. The collection includes T-shirts, rompers, loose pants, shorts, and a reversible bucket hat — all made with carefully-crafted pieces made with the highest quality materials. The clothing is also breezy and comfortable, allowing for easy movement.

Anastasia Vasilieva, founder of Treehouse

Created by mom of two, Anastasia Vasilieva, she wanted to make a line that was sustainable for the planet. She stated, “the entire collection was crafted through iterative feedback from parents. We wanted to make sure that every design feature met the needs of parents and children, and the result is a practical yet stylish collection that offers a season-long wardrobe for every child. As a mother myself, I understand the tension between affordability, sustainability, and great design, and with the launch of this collection I believe that I have begun the process of addressing the needs of modern parents.”

Some items include breezy oak pants, with a hidden and adjustable waistband; three-leaf reversible summer bucket hat; soft rompers; and much more. Treehouse’s gender-neutral style, certified sustainable fabrics, and timeless design make the whole capsule collection suitable for passing down countless times.

About the fabrics, Anastasia  said, “we are committed to sustainability, ethical production, and community. Our first collection was made using the softest certified sustainable fabrics and ethical production methods, supporting local artisans and craftspeople in India.”

Prices range from $29 to $72, with a 25% discount offered for those who buy all 17 pieces.
