Roaming Wood Fired Pizza Truck
The Roaming Wood Fired Pizza Truck, established in 2014 by Pizzaiolo Peter Rossignuolo, creates authentic thin-crust wood-fired pizza using hand-tossed dough and the freshest ingredients. The owner’s passion for pizza-making began during childhood vacations in Calabria, Italy, where he learned the art of pizza from his grandmother. Working for John Delduca of Nonna Teresa Pizzeria further honed his skills and allowed him to develop his Italian New York wood-fired pizza style. The truck, equipped with an imported Italian oven reaching temperatures of up to 800 degrees, serves delicious traditional and artisanal pizzas.

Monkey Brothers Lab
Monkey Brothers Lab, a Dominican food truck that has made its mark in NYC, has settled down in Yonkers (on select days). The locals rave about its delicious menu, including chimi empanadas, burgers, frituras, and other mouthwatering options. It’s no wonder that the residents of Westchester County are running to enjoy the food at Monkey Brothers Lab. Pizza Vitale
Francesco, an experienced pizzaiolo with over 30 years of experience, operates a food truck serving what locals call the best authentic Neapolitan pizza in Westchester. Pizza Vitale believe that fresh pizza equals healthy pizza. They make their dough daily using imported 00 flour from Napoli and fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create an unforgettable Neapolitan pizza experience—in various locations. Walter’s Hot Dogs
Walter’s Hot Dogs, a Westchester institution since 1919, is known for its world-famous hot dogs made from a blend of beef, pork, and veal. The hot dogs are split, grilled in a “secret sauce,” and served on a toasted bun with Walter’s signature mustard. The iconic building, established in 1928, is a copper-roofed Chinese pagoda. Walter’s has expanded to include mobile food trucks and a second location in White Plains, NY. You can find them at private parties, corporate events, festivals, and farmers’ markets throughout Westchester County. Latusion Food Truck
Latusion Food Truck is located in Mamaroneck and Port Chester, bringing bold and new flavors to Westchester. This is the first Peruvian Latin food truck to open in Westchester. It offers a mix of traditional Peruvian and Cuban dishes, each with a unique twist. Mickey’s Oasis Grill & BBQ
Mickey’s Oasis, a long-standing Jackson Avenue food truck, has served Westchester County since 1938. The truck’s menu features barbecue and grilled specialties. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday pickup for NFL games, and catering services.
