Let’s face it, who do parents ask when they want the truth about a neighborhood shop, an afterschool class or a party entertainer? Other parents of course!

This is what the Westchester Family Family Favorites contest is all about. We’ve asked you, our readers, what your favorites are in 40 categories. We’ve tallied the numbers and here are the results. Each category has an alphabetized list of the top five finalists with a highlight of the overall winner.
