2nd Annual Catskill Cuisine Festival at Bethel Woods
Calling all foodies! We are so excited to share the news about the upcoming Catskill Cuisine Festival, an immersive culinary event for the whole family. Held from May 10th-May 12th, this fun foodie event.
Held at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (the historic site of the 1969 Woodstock festival), families can enjoy the beauty of the region with shopping, food, book signings, hands-on demos, music, family-friendly entertainment, and demos from celebrity chefs. Hosted by Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the event includes a fusion of food as well as highlights this gorgeous area.
The event takes inspiration from local fare, farmers, and restaurants. This includes 20-25 chefs who will participate in tastings, demonstrations and hands-on experiences to immerse visitors in the county.
The event will also feature local vendors, music, and operate as an interactive kitchen. Here, audience members can watch renowned chefs prepare dishes inspired by the Catskills. The event will also offer an educational portion for children where they can learn about local cuisine and participate in cooking classes as well as a kids’ zone for interactive fun.

In addition to the food festival, the event will feature a Charity Golf Tournament and exclusive Mother’s Day Brunch. This includes culinary offerings curated by the celebrity chefs. Catskill Cuisine will bring visitors, entertainment, and cuisine together while allowing Sullivan Catskills culinary experts to shine and promote the region’s agritourism and local farms, craft food, and beverage makers.
Additionally, families will have the chance to explore Bethel Woods Center for the Arts’ iconic grounds. Additionally, families can enjoy tastings, demos, meet and greets, book signings, and a local producer marketplace. Guests are invited to play the historic Monster Golf Course at Resorts World Catskills with celebrity chefs. This is in support of A Single Bite, a Sullivan Catskills non-profit organization that is educating and feeding hungry neighbors with real and healthy local food. This will include a mix of friendly competition and delicious food. Plus, a post dinner reception with Scott Conant and Marcus Samuelsson.
