December sure was busy! Now that we are all getting back to life, we ware excited to share some non-holiday events to ease you back to exploring Westchester with your kids. From playtime to science projects to music and bird walks, you’ll find something to keep your kids active and moving this weekend.

Sensory Playtime

Mothering Together

Attend the supportive Mothering Together group for new parents and their babies. Led by licensed pediatric nurse and mother of seven, the

Family Science Workshop: Snows of Other Worlds

Enjoy an interactive Science workshop with your kids at the Hudson River Museum. Families can learn about the shape of snow on Earth, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn and creating a hanging display of snowflakes out of heavyweight and translucent paper. Great for kids ages 8 and older. Calling all jr. coders! Learn how to great your first app with Swift Playgrounds. Kids will experiment with code and design an app using the About Me playground. They’ll use Swift code to customize their app with fun fonts, background colors, Memoji, and more. Then you’ll work together to bring their app to life. Recommended for kids ages 10 and up.
