Muscoot Farm

Enjoy a day at this 700+ acre farm where you and your kids can stroll the grounds looking at cows, chickens, goats, pigs, turkeys, and horses. The grounds also have a picnic benches for snacks and lunches and an on-site cafe. You’ll also find a museum and art gallery on the farm as well. Go on Sunday for their farmers’ market to make it all whole weekend experience. Your kids will love visiting Rochambeau Farm to see and feed the farm’s animals, which includes goats, sheeps, pigs, and chickens. Fable: From Farm to Table

And educational center, Fable: From Farm to Table is dedicated to sustainable agriculture. They have a market (open Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:30am to 4:00pm) and a CSA program as well as cooking classes for children and teens. Faraway Farm Alpacas

Harvest Moon Farm and Orchard

Best known for their apple picking events, Harvest Moon Farm and Orchard also offers tons of other events throughout the season. Right now, you can go for strawberry picking as well as blueberries are coming in July. Hilltop Hanover Farm

Located in Yorktown Heights, Hilltop Hanover Farm offers open access to their farm grounds where you can walk around the fields, see their cows and goats, or have a picnic. Hemlock Hill Farm and Market

The Meadows Farm

This Yorktown Heights farm stand is one of the providers of many vegetables, produce, and herbs in Westchester. At this stand, you’ll find seasonal and organic produce – be sure to check out their harvest calendar for a listing of what’s in season. Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture

This educational center is open from Wednesday- Sunday, 10:00am – 5:00pm. You and your family can enjoy tours and tastings, eco hikes, garden classes, and more. One of the oldest farms in Westchester County, you can visit Stuart’s Farm to pick-your-own apples, enjoy their pumpkin patch, or experience a hay ride. They also have an on-site store where you can get flowers and bakery goods. White Oak Farm

White Oak Farm is the very last remaining commercial maple syrup producer in Westchester County, which comes from over 2,400 trees.
