The super casual eatery offers Texas-style beef brisket, pulled-pork, smoked chicken, Hanzo sausage, Keuuz market sausage links and dinosaur beef ribs. There are also sandwiches and sides. Kids can be kept content with mac-n-cheese and custard corncake, plus a brownie or pudding cake for dessert. No reservations needed, it’s first come, first serve.
