Quick, Easy, Healthy Baby Food

Baby’s transition from milk and formula to solid foods is an exciting time for any parent. The added preservatives and fillers often found in store-bought baby food can be a source of worry but making baby food at home can seem overwhelming at first.

Blueberry, Mango and Avocado Puree

INGREDIENTS
1/4 avocado (pitted and peeled)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 slice mango

DIRECTIONS
1. Peel and cube the slice of mango.
2. Place avocado, blueberries and
mango in a blender and puree until
smooth.

TIP: Add more avocado for a creamier texture, or more blueberries for additional tartness.
