Preserving the Harvest: Canning – in Barn F.
Join the growing movement of people who want to preserve their summer bounty. Registration is required. Fee is $25 per person, $10 for children ages 8-12.
Couples Cooking. Join Laurie Gershgorn, chef and owner of Healthy Culinary Creations, for an evening of cooking and fun with your partner and learn how to make delicious, healthy new recipes. Online registration only. Fee $75 per couple.
Herbal Teas and Dyes – in Barn F.
Join Carol Lake, author of Simple Cheese Making and Dancing Dog Farm, and learn how to make and enjoy herbal teas and dyes.
Spin & Knit – in Building F.
Gather in an informal atmosphere and be part of a monthly spinning and knitting group. No fee or registration required for first-time attendees; $5 for each subsequent class.
Seed Saving – in Barn F.
Learn the value and craft of saving your seeds for next year’s crops with horticulturalist Shanyn Siegel. Fee $20 per person, $5 for children ages 8-12.
