Family Fun Days and DJ Days at Weschester’s Pools and Beaches + Sand Art Competition
There’s so many ways to enjoy fun in the sun in Westchester this summer. With fees waived, there’s plenty of affordable ways to take advantage of all of our local beaches and pools.
The County recently announced another fun beach activity with the Sand Art Competition at Glen Island Beach on August 6th. During this event, families can compete by creating incredible sand sculptures from 11:30pm-3:30pm, which are then judged from 3:30pm-4:00pm. All participants have to pre-register to participate. Be sure to tag us at #WestchesterFamily so we can see all of your amazing sandy creations.
Additionally, the County announced their complete line-up of Family Fun Days and DJ Days where you and your kids can swim, enjoy music, games, and have fun at one of the many Westchester-area beaches and pools. Special events are free but parking fees still apply.
