Jodi's Gym Offers NEW Classes


Signing your children up for a class this fall? Consider two new programs offered by Jodi’s Gym:
 
Ninja Challenge (4-8 yrs)
Get fit Ninja style! Children will navigate challenging obstacle courses of climbing, swinging, balancing and jumping that will improve their coordination, balance, flexibility, core strength, agility and overall athleticism. Tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands & cartwheels will be taught in this high energy class.
 
Game On! (3-5 yrs) 
“Game On” at Jodi’s! We’ll introduce your child to a variety of sports in a positive, engaging and fun environment. Cooperation, sports skills and the basics of the games are taught. Coordination, balance, agility are improved as we highlight sports including soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey, tennis, and football.
