7 RED, WHITE & BLUE TREATS FOR JULY 4TH

Nutrition: Use three types of potatoes: traditional white, red skinned and blue or dark purple skinned. Slice and boil the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
